Tai Chi for Health and Relaxation

Relax, recharge and rejuvenate in a session for all ages. Clear your mind and energise your body as you experience ancient simple Tai Chi moving meditations drawn from nature. Highly qualified tutor Carol Smith will guide you through the sessions and ensure you have fun while building core strength. Program is weather dependent due to necessity to run outdoors due to restrictions. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink bottle.
