COVID-19 restrictions


Due to the restrictions around public gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no public gallery access and the community is encouraged to watch the council meetings via the livestream.

Those in attendance will be following strict social distancing measures including arriving just prior to the commencement of the meeting, taking a seat immediately and departing the premises without delay.

Only essential council officers will be present who are required to support councillors and the good conduct of the meeting.

Community members can still submit questions through the online form or via mail. All questions will be responded to in the meeting and responses will be provided to the author.

Ordinary meetings of the council are usually held on the third Monday of each month (unless it falls on a public holiday) and are open to the public. Meetings are held at 6pm in the council chamber, ground floor, city offices, 104 Hovell St, Wodonga.

Agendas are available for download from the Wednesday immediately prior to the meeting with the minutes published the week following the meeting.
