Expressions of Interest – Belvoir Park Mobile Food/Beverage Van
Wodonga Council is seeking expressions of interest from mobile food and beverage vendors to operate at the Belvoir Park hardstand site.
This expression of interest (EOI) specifically relates to vendors who wish to operate using council-provided utilities (power and potable water), removing the need for generators and improving the overall amenity of the park.
The council is seeking a range of high-quality food and beverage offerings that enhance the experience of visitors to Belvoir Park. Vendors may include (but are not limited to) coffee vans, takeaway food providers and specialty food operators. Permits would be issued for either a 6-month or 12-month period and include access to power and water infrastructure. Fees apply.
How to apply
Expressions of interest close at 5pm on Monday, October 5, 2026. You can view and download the Expressions of Interest Guidelines here. Submissions can be made through an online form, which is linked within the EOI document.
