Local foodies, we have good news for you! The program for the North East Food and Wine Festival 2023 is now LIVE.
The three day event will showcase some of the best food and beverage vendors from the Border and North East Victoria. Attendees can sip on regional wines and indulge in some local delicacies against a backdrop of live music and entertainment.
The festival will be further brought to life through demonstrations and workshops, where passer’s by will have the chance to learn more about the Border and North East Victoria’s exciting talent and vibrant hospitality scene.
Paige Dalley, Team Leader Events at Wodonga Council, said the team is busy behind the scenes developing a program that is sure to wow.
“The North East Food and Wine Festival has been a mainstay in Wodonga’s event calendar for a very long time now and we are thrilled to be working on the program for 2023,” she said.
“So much goes into organising an event of this scale and the council’s Events team is working diligently to curate a schedule that will surprise, delight and entertain.
“We are cultivating a stellar lineup of talent from the Border and North East Victoria. Our region is overflowing with gifted people and we look forward to having an opportunity to celebrate them.”
After being run by Wodonga TAFE for several years, the council will now take up the helm. In years prior it has been a major sponsor, making the transition a natural one.
