Risky Kids is a 45-minute program that uses parkour and gymnastics to build kids resilience and physical literacy through exciting, interesting and non-prescriptive movement.
This results in improved mental and physical health, better engagement with the world around them, increased responsibility, courage and so much more.
3 x 1 hour sessions with up to 20 kids per session.
10.30am to 11.15am - 5 to 7 years old
11.30am to 12.15pm - 8 to 11 years old
12.30pm to 1pm - 12 to 14 years old
