Risky Kids is a 45-minute program that uses parkour and gymnastics to build kids resilience and physical literacy through exciting, interesting and non-prescriptive movement. This of course results in improved mental and physical health, better engagement with the world around them for their community to their environment, increased responsibility, courage and so much more.

Session 1 – 9am – Ages 6-8
Session 2 – 10am – Ages 8-10
Session 3 – 11am – Ages 8-10
Session 4 – 1pm – Ages 10-12
Session 5 – 2pm – Ages 12+
