Wodonga City Council (Council) acting under Section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020, proposes to purchase the land described below (Proposal).

The parcels of land which are subject of the Proposal is the land shown outlined in black on the plan below, being the land contained in certificate of title volume 9362 folio 057-065 (inc), certificate of title volume 9199 folio 652 and certificate of title volume 9199 folio 653, also known as 1 Kendall Street, 8 Kane Road, and 10 Kane Road, Wodonga VIC 3690.

Council proposes to purchase the land for $7,000,000.00 plus GST for the purpose of a Depot.

A person may make a submission on the Proposal. Any person proposing to make a submission under section 112 of the Act must do so by Saturday, June 11, 2022.

All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 112 of the Act.

In line with our Community Engagement Policy, any person may make a formal or informal submission on this matter.
