The Wodonga Physical Activity Strategy 2015-2020 was developed to encourage more people in Wodonga to be physically active. When we are active we are more likely to maintain a healthy weight and have good mental health and wellbeing.
Wodonga Council plays a lead role in getting more people to be more active through a range of activities. For example, making sure there are no obstructions on footpaths, promotion of physical activity campaigns such as Ride2School and Ride2Work days along with other community initiatives.

The survey asked about how much and what type of physical activity you do, what facilities you use, what improvements you think could be made and what stops you from being more active.
The information from this survey will help us to plan future services, programs and infrastructure improvements with the aim of getting more people to be more active, more often.
