The council is seeking the community's view, concerns and priorities regarding our mid-cycle review of the
Domestic Animal Management Plan.
As part of this process, the council is seeking feedback from the community on three key topics that are raised in the plan. They are:
The cat curfew;
Dog parks; and,
Paws in the Park event.
There is a budget allocation in the 2019-2020 budget for $50,000 for a dog park.
This consultation will also gather community input on the approach and location for a new or extended dog park.
