Community Conversations - Online panel

This consultation is ongoing.

Have your say on a range of topics at a time that suits you and from the comfort of your home.

Participants in the Community Conversations panel will receive regular updates on consultation activities and specific surveys, and will be invited to focus groups on relevant council issues.

The Community Conversations panels is a quick and easy way for you to have your say on a range of topics and local issues.

The Wodonga Community Conversations panel is another way community members can inform council’s decision-making.

It comprises a group of people with an interest in how Wodonga grows and develops and who are regularly asked for their opinion on local issues.

Members of the Community Conversations panel are consulted about the same issues available for community comment but also receive specific surveys or are invited to participate in smaller focus groups on relevant council issues.

Your feedback helps the council better understand community views.

Anyone can join, as long as you live, work or invest in Wodonga.

Be sure to look out for your verification email to complete the sign-up.

You don't need any advanced computer skills and you can have your say without meetings or other commitments.

It takes about 30 minutes a month to participate. Council officers are available to provide additional support and computers are available at Wodonga Library.

Participation in each activity is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails.

How does it work?

It only takes a few minutes.

Members register their details through our sign-up form and are regularly asked their views on a range of topics through online surveys and questionnaires.

We ask for any areas of particular interest to ensure you receive relevant information when opportunities arise.

Not all consultation methods don't allow people to participate because of the times or locations they are held.

An online panel is a convenient and cost-effective method to obtain community input.

Many other councils successfully run similar online panels to obtain community input
