Fall head over heels with our Cube Session

13 Feb, 2020

Looking for inspiration to celebrate your loved one? Need a place to go to have fun on Gal-entine's Day? Maybe it's a budding bromance that's inspiring you instead.

In our first Cube Session of 2020, we are celebrating all things love at our Valentine's Day-themed event.

It will be love at first sight when you first walk in to enjoy the free nibbles, giant games, funky decor, photo booth and much, much more.

The excellent line up of entertainment, including the Zac and Eliza duo, Toby Mobbs and Groove Resolution will have your heart skipping a beat.

Alyce Fisher from Theatre on Toast is MCing the evening. Her funny one-liners and upbeat attitude may leave you with a little bit of a crush.

But if that hasn't inspired you, here are our top three reasons why we think you should spend Valentine's Day with us at The Cube Wodonga.

❤️ Spend quality time with your loved ones.

Whether they be friends, family or your lover, the Cube Sessions are a great way to relax and unwind. There is nothing better than forgetting about work and chilling. Whether you want to stay for one drink or stay for the entire session, there is something for everyone to do. Sit and chat, mingle or take in a game of jenga. Have your photo taken together in the photo booth to mark the occasion.

❤️ Listen to some wonderful, emerging local talent.

The Zac and Eliza duo have been performing together for a couple of years. This brother and sister duo have gone from strength to strength with their take on country music. Toby Mobbs is a pop-folk singer-songwriter. After many years of playing, he has settled into his unique style of writing. Groove Resolution, who played at the October Fridays on My Mind, have been together for less than a year. The eight-person band bring post-modern jukebox style to modern classics.

❤️ The food, the drinks, the atmosphere. The vibe.

We all know the way to our hearts and that's through our stomach. Enjoy the love-inspired food from The Cube Cafe. The bar will be open with drinks.

Tickets for the Cube Session are $5 and they can be purchased online or at the door.

So come and have fun with us to celebrate February 14. You never know, someone might even pop the question.
