Development plans

Wodonga Council has received an application to consider and approve a Development Plan for the land known as Lot 11 on PS 635317D located at Clubhouse Place, West Wodonga as shown in the attached documents.

It outlines potential development and land use of this site. A development plan is a response to the requirements of the Development Plan Overlay (DPO) applied to the land by the Wodonga Planning Scheme. The purpose of the DPO is stated in clause 43.04 of the planning scheme, and is also attached.

This development plan documentation:
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Shows the future subdivision pattern intended for the land;
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Will assist the council when it considers any planning applications for the future subdivision and development on the land; and,
‚Äʬ†¬† ¬†Generally guides any future development and use (however, minor changes and refinements may occur as the land is developed beyond the concept phase).
