Hosted by Wodonga Senior Citizens Association  

Enjoy a relaxed, low-impact workout designed for over 55s. Move at your own pace with no pressure and no records kept, just a comfortable way to maintain fitness, build strength and improve balance using light weights and leg exercises. 

Stay active, feel confident, and connect with others in a friendly environment.  

Morning tea provided.
