The Resilience Project is back in Wodonga with its high-energy kids show.
Through music, storytelling and plenty of laughs, The Resilience Project’s engaging and entertaining presenter, Martin Heppell will teach primary aged children (five to twelve year olds) and their parents 3 Happy Tricks - and it couldn’t come at a more crucial time.
New research has revealed that one in four primary students are experiencing symptoms of depression with almost one in three are experiencing symptoms of anxiety.
Hitting the stage during the Victorian term three school holidays, this show is a great opportunity for families to learn how to incorporate gratitude, empathy and mindfulness into their daily routine and to help children improve their wellbeing.
