Myth, Mayhem, Metropolis is currently on exhibition at Hyphen’s Artspace Gallery until Sunday, August 17.
The exhibition brings together four significant bodies of work that explore ancient myths, personal narratives and elements of the modern world.
The Postcard Series, Tales from the Greek Series and The Garden of Sorrows and Aphrodite draw inspiration from Greek mythology, offering a modern interpretation of ancient tales. The Manhattan Series was created during the artist’s trips to New York City and captures the vibrant energy of the urban landsape.
At Myth, Mayhem and Metropolis, the viewer is invited to consider their own connection to love, urban life and myth, offering a fresh perspective on the stories that define us.
