This year’s theme is The Next Generation: Strengthen, Vision and Legacy invites us to celebrate the achievements of the past while looking towards a future shaped by young leaders, empowered communities, and the legacy of ancestral knowledge. It marks the 50th anniversary of NAIDOC Week.
Join us for a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony with local elder Allan Murray and hear from the Albury Wodonga NAIDOC Committee chairperson Summer Matthews, a Barkindji/Ngiyampaa woman of the Eagle Hawk skin group. Following the ceremony, you are invited to stay for morning tea.
