    Community Conversations - Forums 2020

    Wodonga Council's community forums allow the community to present on a topic to the council or ask a question in an informal setting. 

    The council will also share information on key topics. 

    The forums are held several times a year and everyone is welcome to attend. 

    To present at a community forum, an application must be submitted by the Wednesday before the forum. 

    Questions can be asked on the night. In 2020, forums will be held on the first Monday of the month from 6pm to 7.30pm in February, April, June and August.

    The June forum will be held on online due to COVID-19 restrictions.

    Details will be emailed ahead of the forum.

    Attendees will require the Zoom app, which can be installed for Windows, iOS or Android.

    Please note: Attendees will not be able to use their Microphone or Webcam – the Q&A function will be available to ask questions and must provide their name and email address to join the session.

    March 16, 2020

    In line with the precautionary measures being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Wodonga Council has made the decision to not hold any events or venue programs until April 10, 2020 at which time the situation will be assessed.

    This is in line with the State of Emergency declared in Victoria.

    That means we unfortunately have to cancel the Community Forum for April 6, 2020.

    Please monitor our channels to stay updated. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

    Wodonga Council CEO and councillors attended this event with many members of the community also in attendance.
