Relaxation Meditation

Do you know how to relax in the busy life you lead? Or is it simply too hard to relax?

Why not add the art of relaxing to your toolkit to support reducing stress, and improve your overall health and wellbeing. Meditation can be used anywhere to assist you in your everyday life whilst boosting the immune system and building a more positive mind set and resilient mental health.

Be guided through simple meditations that relax the mind and body, and enjoy the journey to a deep level of relaxation and contentment.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink bottle and a mat if you wish to lay down. Newcomers please arrive at 6pm.
