The Cube Wodonga welcomes back local boy Glenn Starr

Local boy Glenn Starr returns to his hometown stage today with his performance Hit Parade at The Cube Wodonga.

It was a sell-out performance at The Cube Wodonga in 2013 that helped propel Starr on to the national and international stage where he continues to enjoy huge success.

He’s performed at the Albury Carols by Candlelight and is a well-known name on the local music scene, but it wasn’t until his 2013 tribute to Michael Bublé that Starr came to the attention of outside industry sources.

This was just the beginning of his thrilling career of entertaining audiences of all ages on-board some of the world’s largest cruise liners and ships.

Hit Parade is an interactive show that will cover the hits made famous by musical sensations of the 50s and 60s including Gene Pitney, Bobby Vee, Johnny O’Keefe, The Bee Gees and Roy Orbison.

Today coincides with the fifth anniversary of The Cube Wodonga. Since the entertainment centre opened in 2012, it has seen:

-          1722 events

-          162,047 people attend events

-          111 Cube Season shows, and

-          More than 394,000 people come through the doors.
