Showcasing the Dal Zotto Wines Prosecco range from Australia’s first Prosecco producer, this tasting explores the contrast between their different Prosecco styles while highlighting the quality of wines grown and produced in the King Valley.

Sparkling High Tea at Pizzini Wines combines a curated tasting of Italian varietal sparkling wines with an Italian-inspired high tea menu. Hosted in the King Valley, the experience showcases handcrafted A Tavola! favourites and seasonal ingredients while celebrating one of Australia’s premier cool-climate wine regions.

Cait & Simon from Yardbird will be joined by Peter Graham from Domenica Wines and Erin Pooley from Little Frances Wines for an afternoon showcasing some of the best of Beechworth and Northeast Victoria.

Enjoy Yardbird's four-course lunch menu, thoughtfully paired with wines from Domenica Wines and Little Frances Wines. Meet the makers, hear the stories behind the wines, and settle in for an afternoon of beautiful food, great wine and good company.

Step inside the brewhouse and join the action — Brew Crew for a Day puts you shoulder to shoulder with The Thirsty Devil's head brewer as you learn the craft from the inside. It’s hands-on, gritty and unforgettable. For one day, you’re not just visiting The Thirsty Devil… you’re part of the crew. As a member of the Brew Crew, sit down and enjoy a four-beer paddle, a share platter of delicious nibbles and a chat with Head Brewer Charlie....but only after the brewing is done.
