Making a brie-lliant platter with Milawa Cheese

Cheese should be enjoyed – especially award-winning, small batch beauties made in beautiful Milawa.

Cheeses will be paired with some of the freshest and finest local produce to teach locals and visitors how to create a brie-lliant cheese platter to entertain and impress their friends.

This event will showcase how produce from the North East can work in unison to deliver delicious gourmet experiences – even in your home.

Thirsty Devil Brewery is offering a free, behind-the-scenes look at how a commercial brewery operates.

Enjoy an in-depth tour and explanation of how beer is made at a commercial level.

Paella Masterclass with Jan and Loni at Saludos Restaurant

You will be welcomed with a glass of sangria and introduced to the art of making a Spanish tortilla and paella with Chef Jan and Chef Loni.

Join for a fun afternoon of cooking, relaxing and, of course, eating!

Ingredients will be sourced locally and you will take home a tote bag with a bottle of wine, paella pan and recipes from the day. Ole!
