PLAN YOUR VISIT 
Wodonga Council presents the North East Food and Wine Festival (NEFWF), a family friendly and inclusive event that celebrates the finest food, wine, beverage and entertainment that North East Victoria and the Border has to offer.

EVENT ENTRY
This is a FREE event and no tickets are required for entry. Entry is on a first-in basis until event site capacity is reached.
There are three entrances to the event.
1.    Eastern entry - On the corner of High St and Elgin Blvd
2.    Southern entry - Elgin Blvd adjacent to Hume St
3.    Northern entry - Church St near Jack Hore Way

FREE TASTINGS
Free tastings will ONLY be served to patrons who have purchased a NEFWF tasting glass.
These will be available for purchase for $5 each at the Glass Sale Tents. Cash or EFTPOS will be available. 

ANIMALS 
This is an animal and pet free event. Please leave your pets at home. 
Registered service animals are permitted with accredited vest on display.

BYO AND RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

  • The event is fully licensed
  • No BYO alcohol
  • This event will be conducted in accordance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998
  • No supply to under 18s. IDs will be checked at each vendor stall
  • The event organisers and/or vendors reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to patrons who are intoxicated, drunk and/or disorderly
  • The event organisers reserve the right to request patrons leave the event area if they are intoxicated, drunk or disorderly
  • Please observe the licensed zone which is the fenced event area. No alcohol is to be taken beyond this zone

SMOKING AND VAPING
This is a strictly no smoking or vaping event.
Organisers may request patrons leave if engaging in the above activities.

PARKING
Public car parking is available within walking distance to the event at:

  • Acacia Car Park – access from Hume St
  • Mulga Car Park – access from Elgin Blvd
  • Banksia Car Park – access from Hume St
  • Heath Car Park – access from Hume and Lawrence streets
  • Oak Car Park – access from Hovell St
  • Civic Precinct Car Park – access from Hovell and Havelock streets
  • Gravel car park opposite Wodonga Courthouse – access from Havelock St

Street parking is also available surrounding Junction Place. Mann Central and Wodonga Plaza shopping centres also have car parking available. Please observe parking limits. 

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Disabled car parking spaces are available in Aurora Way, High St, Elgin Blvd and the public car parks listed above.

PUBLIC TOILETS
Onsite toilets are available in the following locations:

  • The Main Stage area
  • Public toilets located on The Platform (next to BeanStation Cafe) 
  • The Kid’s Zone
  • Inside onsite venues participating in the event

Additional public toilets external to the event site can be accessed:

  • Mulga Car Park (Changing Places facility)
  • Acacia Car Park
  • Wodonga Plaza
  • Mann Central

CASH AND EFTPOS FACILITIES
Stallholders and vendors will have a mixture of cash and EFTPOS facilities. Please come prepared accordingly. 
No ATM on site. 

ATMs located within close proximity to the event site: 

  • Hume Bank – Cnr High St and Elgin Blvd
  • Commonwealth Bank – T10-12/115 High St
  • Bendigo Bank – 123 – 125 High St
  • Westpac – 141 High St
  • NAB – 133 High St

Woolworths and Coles supermarkets have cash out options available. 

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography will be occurring during the course of this event. Please notify a member of staff if you or your children do not wish to be photographed.

FIRST AID
St John Ambulance will be onsite and available for the duration of the event.

LOST PROPERTY
If you have lost property, please go to the Wodonga Council Information Tent for assistance. All lost property will be taken back to Wodonga Council Offices at the conclusion of the event for seven days. If there are any unclaimed items they will be handed to Wodonga Police.

DRINKING WATER
We encourage you to BYO water bottle.
There are existing water refill stations in Junction Square. The North East Water station is available for all patrons to utilise. 

SEATING
Limited seating areas will be provided as part of the event set up. We encourage you to BYO picnic blankets or chairs.

EVENT SECURITY
Security personnel will be present at entrances/exits and roaming throughout the event.

CHILDREN 
Children must be supervised at all times. If a child is lost, please notify event staff.
