Join AWMA for a FREE come-and-try community workout! 

These sessions feature the hugely popular KickFit class. A high-energy, kickboxing-based group fitness workout designed to get you moving, sweating and feeling strong fast. 

Train alongside state and national champions and qualified fitness professionals in a fun, welcoming environment.  

All equipment is provided, no experience needed, and there’s no obligation to continue. Just turn up, join in and see what AWMA is all about. 

Free for the whole community, with a special offer available for anyone who wants to get started after the sessions. 


Mums and Bubs
