These sessions feature the hugely popular KickFit class. A high-energy, kickboxing-based group fitness workout designed to get you moving, sweating and feeling strong fast.
Train alongside state and national champions and qualified fitness professionals in a fun, welcoming environment.
All equipment is provided, no experience needed, and there’s no obligation to continue. Just turn up, join in and see what AWMA is all about.
