Values on 2011-2012 notices

The values shown on the 2011-2012 rates' notices are based as at January 1, 2010, the same level of value as that used for the 2010-2011 rating periods.

The council's contract values are currently in the process of valuing the municipality at the level of value date January 1, 2012.

These values will be used for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 rating periods.
