Reporting council issues from your phone
If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod, you can download the Snap Send Solve application to report an issue to the council.
Just go to your iTunes store by clicking here and download the Snap Send Solve application for free and start sending us your feedback.

Snap Send Solve uses your GPS to determine your location and work out which council you are in. Once determined, the server sends back all relevant council details, including contact information, location, and email contact.
You can use Snap Send Solve to easily capture and report common issues including litter, parking, street trees and potholes on council roads.
