Youth Card 2009 - Available now

THE City of Wodonga has released its 2009 Youth Card for all young people aged between 12 and 25 years.
The card gives young people vital information about local services available to them and offers discounts to a variety of local businesses for a period of one year.
2009 is the ninth year the Wodonga Council Youth Card has been placed in circulation and has proven to be a useful resource for young people in Wodonga.
Local businesses are encouraged to contact youth services if they are interested in offering discounts to local young people for 2010, as we plan to increase the number of businesses each year.
The card is free and was distributed throughout schools and other youth-related organisations in Wodonga.
All the businesses that have been involved in the previous year have changed their discounts in a positive way, and we also had the YMCA and HotHouse Theatre jump on board this year.
The cards can also be obtained by visiting Wodonga Council offices from 8.30am to 5pm weekdays or Arts Space Wodonga, all located on Hovell St.
