The City of Wodonga's Aged Services Coordinator implements Council's Home Care, Personal Care, Respite Care, and Home Maintenance support services to meet HACC services requirements, City of Wodonga service agreement guidelines and Home Care policy and procedures, and to enable frail older persons and persons with a disability to continue to live in the community and prevent their inappropriate referral to long term institutional care.
