Seniors' housing options

Wodonga Council has a number of seniors' housing options and we are looking for potential developers to invest in substantial housing developments for older people. Developments that the council want to see for older people, over the next twenty years include Retirement Villages, public and private rental accommodation, units, high and low-care residential aged care accommodation and high rise Central Business District units. 

The council has also identified eight parcels of land, where they would like to see Senior Housing developments occur. 

The document also lists current accommodation for older people, from independent housing to residential aged care, such as:

  • Westmont Aged Care Services
  • Amity Residential Aged Care Facility
  • The Grange Aged Care Facility
  • Village Life
  • Office of Housing Elderly Persons Units
  • Park Hall Retirement Village
  • Elmwood Development
