HACC (Home and Community Care) can provide the following services for the elderly and frail:

• Personal care;
• Respite care;
• Meals On Wheels;
• Property maintenance and modifications;
• Planned Activity Group, and;
• A Friendly Visiting Service.

The HACC information booklet is downloadable and has been translated into Croatian, Italian and German. Also outlined is how to apply for these services.
