Community facility funding program

Wodonga Council is inviting all sport and recreation clubs in Wodonga to submit an application for consideration under the Department of Planning and Community Development's Community Facility Funding Program – Minor Facilities category.

This is an annual grants program specifically for building new or improving existing sporting facilities.

Under the minor facilities category, grants of up to $100,000 are available for projects with a total cost less than $500,000.

Wodonga Council may submit up to three applications for assessment.

A copy of the guidelines and an application form can be found below, or by contacting the council's recreation team on (02) 6022 9300 or info@wodonga.vic.gov.au.

It is recommended that you discuss your project with the council's recreation team prior to submitting your application.

Applications must be forwarded to PO Box 923, Wodonga, VIC, 3689 or info@wodonga.vic.gov.au by 5pm Friday, August 12, 2011.
