Awards and recognitions
At Wodonga Council, we take the business of being the best seriously. We actively seek out independently collected data to measure our performance. Comparisons against other councils in Victoria are made by taking part in the Department of Victorian Communities' Local Government Satisfaction Survey.
Over the past decade, our community has consistently rated us among the highest overall performers in the state. We supplement this information by conducting our own surveys across most service areas, allowing us to gather more detailed information to drive our improvement initiatives.
Our pursuit of business excellence has enabled us to receive external recognition in many areas of our business.
