Both Felltimber and Baranduda community centres are supported by an advisory committee that report to us.
The committee supports the operation of the centre and provides valuable community input.
Nominations for the committees are made at the annual general meetings each year. All members of the public with an interest in the centre are welcome to nominate.

Felltimber advisory committee
Your committee members:
- Barb Stieber – Vice Chair
Barb has been a valued member of the committee for over 10 years. She originally joined the committee to better connect with the community. Barb is involved in many community activities and organises the Felltimber Community Centre walking group. Barb was previously a quality assurance manager at Lee jeans (then known as Yakka). In her spare time Barb enjoys most handcrafts and reading and spending time with family and friends.
- Marg Crisp – Minutes Secretary
Marg has been on the advisory committee for several years and was approached by the centre for her extensive community involvement. Marg has served in many roles with community organisations and been on many boards. She is currently a member of the Uniting Care Board and the Secretary of Rotary Club. Marg has been a teacher, business manager and CEO and worked with many small communities prior to coming to Wodonga in 1995. Marg previously worked at Albury Wodonga Community College part time. Marg’s interests include, genealogy, family and grandchildren, and gardening.
- Katrina Dawes
Katrina has been on the committee since 2013 and also serves on the Necana committee which is how she got involved with Felltimber. Katrina has had previous involvement with other community groups, such as Girl Guides, Scouts, and Necana, and also works as a school crossing supervisor. Katrina has two children and enjoys craft and volunteering.
- Rob Marks
Rob joined the Felltimber Advisory committee to serve his fellows in the community, and has been part of the committee since 2012. Rob is a retired butcher and was a co-director of a local butchery for many years. Rob has extensive community involvement throughout his life. He has been involved with Wodonga Pistol club, Wodonga and Corowa Brass bands, previously served as a bail justice and justice of the peace and also been involved with CFA, Apex and SES. Rob is interested in music and shooting.
- Adrian Crisp - Chair
Adrian is entering his second year of serving on the Felltimber advisory committee. He joined the committee to support the centre and the community. Adrian is also involved with Wodonga Rotary. His working background includes labouring, tyre fitting and factory work. Adrian has a young family and is interested in cricket and cattle farming.
- Rebecca McKinnon
Bec is a new committee member for 2016. Bec joined the committee to make a difference in the community and bring awareness to minority groups within the community. Bec has interests in bridging the gaps within the community and has previously done volunteer work with spastic society of Victoria, now known as Scope and Nazareth house aged care.
