Carnivale Wodonga began in 2006 with Jonkunuu Jamaican Festival in conjunction with the Commonwealth Games. In 2007, Carnivale Wodonga was HOT and in 2008 Carnivale Wodonga went WILD. In 2009 Carnivale Wodonga embraced all that is BIZARRE, delivering a spectacular event to an audience of between 20,000 and 24,000. In 2010 Carnivale Wodonga is going to SPICE it up! Carnivale Wodonga Bizarre incorporates all things mysterious, quirky, unusual, weird, wacky, and outrageous. Bound to bamboozle and delight you at every turn. The street festival will feature two main stages with music to suit all ages, a performance stage featuring all things bizarre, along with impromptu performances, stilt walkers, fire-eaters and circus acts, teamed with street vendors selling tempestuous fare, fine food and wacky art.
