Development plans

Habitat Planning has prepared a Development Plan for land at 80 Ingrams Rd, West Wodonga. It outlines potential development and land use that will occur on this site.

A development plan:

  • Shows the future subdivision pattern intended for the land;
  • Will assist council when it considers any planning applications for the future subdivision and development on the land; and,
  • Generally guides any future development and use (however, minor changes and refinements may occur as the land is developed beyond the concept phase).

It is important that you consider the Development Plan, as once approved, any future planning permit application will be exempt from public notification.

Please note that your submission will be considered but may or may not be reflected in the final plan.
